It also takes a good amount of money to back you up (which would be considered your bankroll). If you want to have a good online poker campaign, you must have a full bankroll. A good bankroll would be at least 20 times the max buy in. For example, if you wanted to play in $100 tournaments, you should have at the very least–$2,000.00 in your bankroll. Keep in mind that making a living playing poker happens over time, and losing is part of winning in this game. If you do not have the money to back up what you are trying to do, then you will have a lot of problems becoming an online poker pro.

Can Anyone Play Online for a Living?

No. Not anyone can play poker online for a living. Most people cannot even do what was described above. If you do not have a lot of self discipline and patience, you have no chance. Learning the game and becoming a good poker player is not hard to do. It is trying to develop the attributes that it takes to be a good online poker player that is tough to pull off. If you want to be successful, then start with yourself. Work on discipline and patience, and then work on your poker game.
